These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Doonmart platform, including access to business listing services, digital promotions, and other features. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal permission to operate a business listing. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to list the business.

• Businesses must provide genuine, verifiable details.
• Misleading, spammy, or illegal listings will be removed without notice.
• Doonmart reserves the right to modify or reject listings that do not meet our standards.

• Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Once a digital service is activated, it is considered delivered (non-refundable).

• Uploading or promoting offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content.
• Using automated scripts or bots to exploit the platform.
• Attempting to breach or bypass system security.

All content, graphics, and software on Doonmart are either owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Doonmart shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to data loss, listing errors, or delays.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time for violating these terms or any applicable laws.
